Rocknejo
Sertanejo with distorted guitars and rock drums. By 2009 Hardneja Sertacore was already playing sertanejo hits as hardcore; the name rocknejo spread with the Rocknejo carnival bloc, founded in Belo Horizonte in 2018, and with party bands. Edson & Hudson and Lauana Prado are examples of the mix too.
