Fock

Rock and metal with the beat and vocal style of funk carioca, sometimes with rap. The mix began in Porto Alegre in the late 1990s with Comunidade Nin-Jitsu ('Detetive', from the album Broncas Legais, 1998), DeFalla and Ultramen. In the 2020s it got a name: fock, as MC Taya called it, and metal mandrake, the movement of the new heavy scene. Lvcas turns funk hits into metal.
